Where do I even start..Kyle and Susan have been wonderful from the beginning! They have made this entire move a breeze. They answered all the questions we had, Kyle did a beautiful job with the tour, and consistently stayed on top of communicating during our application process by checking in with updates. Susan dedicated her entire day on Friday (our move in day) to help us with switching our unit to a unit with a lake view. She went out of her way to take me on a tour of the different units that had a lake view and even discussed key details such as which side of the home the kitchen faces, and comparing space in the living area. It was not an easy task but she wanted to make sure we have a perfect home that we absolutely love for the next 3 years. Susan and Kyle, thank you so much for all the time you put into mine and Joseph’s move, we are in LOVE with our home and are super excited to start decorating! Anyone considering Quinn Residences should not take long making a decision! The homes are beyond gorgeous and all the amenities that come with make move in such a breeze! 10/10 recommend making this your new home!

After a simple misunderstanding that occurred from their A.I. system Kyle was extremely helpful and welcoming. He answered all our questions and was extremely polite. We saw the units and are very impressed. We are keeping this spot at the top of our list. We had told many of our friends that are also looking for similar property, and will tell them how impressed we had been.

This is an awesome community. Even though it is completely new and still under construction move in went smoothly! The self your feature is awesome.. you can view at your leisure and not have to talk to anyone. Once you need to Kyle and Susan are great. The construction of these homes are amazing compared to other communities that I have lived in. It’s exciting seeing so many new families move in and I’m excited about the community center opening this summer.
